ALMFF PET POLICY

Are pets allowed at the Festival?

NO

 Not at this time,

Because of the great variety of performing animals in the Festival,

No pets are allowed to be brought into the faire by visitors. Guide dogs and other bona fide service animals however, are always welcome.

Our Pet Policy

As much as we love our critters our current insurance
will NOT allow pets to be brought in by the public.

ALMFF abides by the federal law(s) about Service Animal access, specifically the 2010 revisions to the ADA. Please be prepared to answer questions about tasks performed by your Service Animal.

(published by the Department of Justice)

Service animals MUST have PROOF of vaccination

Our Performers, vendors, and cast may have their animals onsite (they are classed as working animals for faire) as long as the rules for such are followed to the letter. As this is an issue that could cause litigation for faire there will be NO second chances.

All animals must be leashed at all times. (leash no longer than 6 feet)
You must pick up if your animal evacuates onsite. (have your own baggies and be ready to prove that you have them)
You must have visible water available for your animal.
If your animal exhibits any aggressive behavior you must take them off site immediately. This includes  barking and growling.
Vendors and staff must walk their critters in the parking area.(Yes you still have to pick it up!)
ALL ANIMAL MUST BE UNDER YOUR DIRECT PHYSICAL CONTROL AND LEASHED AT ALL TIMES!
If you are found in violation of the rules you will have to remove your animal without protest and immediately.

Failure to follow the pet policy will result in the expulsion of your animal from faire. Argument will result in your expulsion from faire with no refund of your fees.

Our Beast Mistress Lindsay Kohler will be keeping a concerned eye out for offenders, be aware!
